DEFECT POLICY The following are considered manufacturing defects: * Damage or stains larger than 1 cm that cannot be cleaned or repaired. * Faulty or detached hardware, color transfer, or severely misaligned construction. * Defects that significantly affect the appearance or functionality of the product. The following are not considered defects: * Size variance within 1–3 cm due to manual measurement. * Minor asymmetry. * Tiny stains or scratches within 1 cm. * Slight color differences caused by different display screens. * Minor loose threads, needle marks, thread ends, wrinkles, odors, or slight scratches on hardware. * Damage caused by improper handling or normal signs of wear.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns cannot be accepted if:
* The item has been washed.
* Original tags are missing or damaged.
* The item shows stains, odors, or signs of wear.
* The item has been altered or modified.
* More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
* The item has been damaged by misuse or human error.
* The original invoice or receipt is missing.
PLEASE NOTE
Minor imperfections such as loose threads, thread ends,
light scratches, missing beads or buttons, small stains, slight wrinkles,
size variations within 2–3 cm, and color differences caused by monitor
displays may occur during production, shipping, or fitting.
These conditions fall within internationally accepted quality standards
and are not considered product defects.

3.些微脫線/勾針/線頭/摺痕/味道/五金刮痕,人為造成損壞、正常使用痕跡

2. 商品吊牌不完整
3. 商品有汙漬、氣味或產生穿著痕跡
4. 商品已進行修改
5. 商品已收件超過7天
6. 商品因人為破壞
